Help Wyoming business customers save money with any qualifying lighting upgrade and receive your incentive as a prepaid Visa gift card.
An additional incentive of $200 per lighting project is available for projects with Advanced Networked Lighting Controls (ANLC). You can also receive a bonus incentive of $50 for filling out your own lighting tools.
The larger the savings, the larger the incentive.
STEPS TO PARTICIPATE
1
For projects requiring pre-approval: Submit project documentation including the purchase order to receive an incentive offer. Follow the required processes for project pre-approval and fill out the offer.
For post-purchase projects: Purchase and install energy-efficient lighting at your Rocky Mountain Power customer location in Wyoming and submit all required project documentation to the program.
2
Program staff will determine the project’s eligibility and work with you to collect the required documentation, including the lighting tool.
3
The individual who submits the project will receive the incentive in the form of a Visa gift card. Total payment amounts to not exceed $599 per individual for 2024.

Eligibility
Wattsmart Business approved lighting vendors in good standing are eligible with the following project types:
- Typical lighting.
- Post-purchase prescriptive.
- Major renovation.
- ANLC recommissioning.
- Small Business Enhanced (SBE).
Midstream projects do not qualify for this promotion.
Timeline
May 1 – December 10, 2024*
Typical lighting projects must have an incentive offer issued between May 1 and December 10, 2024, or before the budget runs out, in order to receive the vendor incentive. All project submittals must be complete, including all required project documentation to qualify. Multiple phases for the same customer and location will count as one project. The program staff may request a copy of the purchase order prior to approving the vendor incentive.
For projects that do not require pre-approval (post-purchase prescriptive, new construction/major renovation lighting and SBE) the vendor must submit all project documentation and invoices to the program before December 10, 2024, or before the budget runs out, in order to receive the vendor incentive.
*Vendor incentives are first come, first served. This offer may terminate earlier than the eligibility timeline if allocated funding is exhausted. The program team will communicate with the Wattsmart Business Vendor Network via email when the funds are exhausted.
